We offer several delivery tiers, including local door-step delivery and our White Glove Platinum Service, which includes full assembly and packaging removal. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your distance from the nearest distribution center.
Do you offer financing for large furniture purchases?
Yes, we provide flexible financing options through our Leon's Platinum Card. Customers can choose from various 'Buy Now, Pay Later' plans and monthly installment options to fit their budget.
What is your return policy on furniture and appliances?
Standard furniture items can be returned within 30 days if in original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, mattresses can only be exchanged under our 200-night sleep guarantee, and major appliances have specific manufacturer warranty guidelines.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also use our 'Order Status' tool on the website by entering your order number and phone number.
Does Leon's offer a price match guarantee?
Absolutely. If you find an identical item advertised for a lower price at a local competitor, we will not only match that price but beat it by 15% of the difference within 30 days of your purchase.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All products come with a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. We also offer extended protection plans for furniture, appliances, and electronics to cover accidental damage and mechanical failures.
