Return Process

  Contact our customer care team or visit your local showroom within 30 days of delivery to start the return process for eligible items.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the furniture or appliance is in its original condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories to qualify for a full refund.

  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Arrange for our white-glove delivery team to collect large furniture items from your home, or bring smaller accessories directly back to any Leon's location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
